You can cancel your order if you require.

The length of time the items take to reach you will be dependent on postal service.

Items will usually arrive within 5 days from your original order. We accept no responsibility for the time it takes for items to be received.

In the unlikely event of any problems with your order, please keep your confirmation receipt as this will need to be sent along with any items returned to us.

All prices displayed on this website are current at the time of display, and appear in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

Browse through this website and make your selections by clicking 'Add To Cart'. By clicking 'View Cart' you can check / amend your order before checking out. Once you have finished shopping and adding items to your shopping cart, click 'Checkout' to commence our safe and secure ordering process.

You will receive an e-mail seconds after placing your order confirming what you have ordered, total price and other details. Please review this e-mail and reply as soon as possible if there are any errors.

Please note we will only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. If we haven't received payment within 10 working days, your order will be cancelled.

Refund/Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your product because it is either faulty or not as described, we are happy to either exchange it or provide you with a full refund (exluding any postage and handling paid). Please note: the product must be returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unused, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges.

Refunds will not be given for misinformed choices or if a customer has changed their mind. Please be certain that the product you order is the product you require before actually placing an order.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the item shown or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund (minus any postage and handling charges) or an exchange.

How to return your item

E-mail info@walandio.net.au advising us of the item and item number ordered, along with a description of the defect. We will reply within 2 working days. If it is possible for the item to be exchanged or a refund given, we will also provide you address details of where to send your return. Send your item along with your confirmation order receipt received at the time of the sale to the return address provided. You will be liable for any costs involved in returning any items. As soon as the return has been received, dependent on your original request a replacement product will be shipped or a full refund given.

IMPORTANT: The return must be received within 21 days of the original order date. Any items received after 21 days will be returned to sender. No replacement or refund will be given.

Security

Shopping using your credit card with us is completely safe. As soon as you enter the checkout process, any information you submit is encrypted and sent through our secure server.

Your payment is processed in real time - similar to EFTPOS, where the transfer of funds takes place immediately - and you are immediately notified as to whether or not the payment has been successfully processed.

In fact, shopping with us is even safer than, say, giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant, because nobody ever sees your card number. We do not store or record your credit card information. When you enter the card details, they are encrypted and sent through to PAYPAL immediately. If the transaction is successful, we receive notification of your order, minus the card number.
